Newly huge tourism investments has been extended from Aegean sea to Mediterranean sea and laid a foundation of the fourth ring of hotels in Sarigerme only 12 kms away from Dalaman international airport.

The first biggest investment Hilton Hotel is opened in July 2008 is offering a golf academy, conference facilities, international cuisine and many leisure facilities. Located on Dalaman’s Sarigerme beach, the new Hilton Dalaman Golf Resort & Spa will comprise 384 well appointed guest rooms, including 52 spacious suites. Complete with its own private beach and pier, the resort will offer a range of leisure facilities, including a 3000m² health club and spa, state-of-the-art gym, a series of interconnected beach-front swimming pools and outdoor terraces, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course and nine hole golf academy facility. With a total of seven different restaurants and bars, Hilton Dalaman Golf Resort & Spa will provide an extensive range of dining options, including a signature gourmet restaurant, an alfresco terrace and a roof top bar. For business travellers, the resort will also be able to offer year round, flexible meeting and conference space including fully equipped Hilton meeting rooms and a dedicated business centre facility.

Also the recent investments i.e. the prestigious Pegasus Resort and Tropical Palace, exclusively contracted to the English tour operator Joy, has already opened in August 2005. Serving a capacity of 3500 tourists, it is one of the biggest holiday resorts in Turkey.

Further more the construction of the Marti Hotel and  Holiday Resort, also bordering the golf plant with a capacity of 2000 beds, will follow in 2010 and once the golf course is finished there will be an overnight capacity of more than 13000 beds in Sarigerme. The construction of the fully equipped with golf resort with 18 holes is still continuing.The resort is settled in a 136.5 hectare area with the sandy beaches seems like reaching to the infinity, home land of the world known Caretta Caretta turtles.

There are a lot of advantages to purchasing in the Dalaman/Sarigerme area which is the area is one of outstanding natural beauty which remains green even in the hottest months due to large reserves of underground water. This is one of the reasons the government has decided to develop golf tourism in this area. The golf project is really pushing up prices in Sarigerme and it’s also affecting Dalaman as is the planned new marina off the Dalaman coast but you can still get a lot for your money in and around Dalaman. Other local resorts like Dalyan, Gocek, Koycegiz and Fethiye are also easily accessible from Dalaman. Also rental potential is excellent as there are so many facilities for guests using the holiday village and also their location near to Sarigerme where there are shops, restaurants, water sports and a lovely beach, probably one of the best in Turkey.
